We at NobleTree are not just growers of these beautiful original and hybrid pods stuffed full of about 50 beans each but we are also processors and chocolatiers creating this delightful treat which you are about to experience in its freshest and untampered form. Ass we are the processors, roasters and chefs – we create what you are tasting – how lucky are we.
Our Team
How lucky are we in St Lucia to be 1 of just 8 countries in the World to be classified by the World Cocoa Organization as growers of exclusively the highest Quality “fine flavour cocoa”. This means that you are guaranteed to be tasting the best of the best. Our pods are only 2 types - the rare Criollo variety only 3% of world’s cocoa production uses this and Trinitario hybrid about 12% of the world. Rest of the world has the bulk Forestero variety which isn’t fine flavoured but rather strong and earthy.
